Made from Seville oranges ( hybrid of the pomelo and the mandarin) & fresh ginger.
Cooked until jewel-coloured orange.

Texture: slightly chunky
Taste: Traditional bitter-sweet marmalade with a little heat from the ginger
Serving suggestions: Simply serve on a warm butter scone.
